Internet Sales Specialist help our customers find the vehicle that’s right for them! If you like meeting people and have good customer service skills, give us a call to set up a time to come talk with us at our brand new, state-of-the art facility on Soncy Road, near 45th.

Qualified Applicants must have:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Good grammar and spelling ability
  • An aptitude for making outbound telephone calls

As an Internet Sales Specialist you will:

  • Determine vehicle requirements by working with customers
  • Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information
  • Resolves customer concerns by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems
  • Explain features and benefits of a wide variety of vehicles based on customer’s needs and wants
  • Maintains a customer database by entering detailed information on customer activities
  • Participates in educational opportunities such as vehicle training
  • Have fun by helping our Volkswagen customers have a world-class experience

C-4 Analytics conducted a memorable presentation at Digital Dealer 20 in Orlando recently. Justin Cook, co-founder of C-4 challenged dealers to not get lost in convoluted and confusing reporting. “Too often vendor reporting is designed to distract dealers from what’s important” says Cook. “I encourage dealers to hold their vendors more accountable.”

I applaud C-4’s commitment to providing innovative strategies and technology to help dealers reduce costs and improve their profitability with digital marketing.

My daughter has another idea about C-4; she disassembled their clever, Magic 8 Ball-style convention give away. “I wanted the dice inside” she says!
